MLOOP checkout (web) was not charging tax on orders shipped to Singapore, even though the courier service was configured with a tax rate. Tax is now calculated and added to the order total for services that have a tax rate configured, and shown as a separate line on checkout and order details.

Document parcels keep weight locked at 0.5 kg.
