Focus Ally: Deep Work Tracker

Sessions, calendar & AI agents

Free · In‑App Purchases

Work runs in parallel. Your attention doesn't. Focus Ally shows what your day was actually made of: the hours you spent inside your own attention, and the hours your AI agents worked next to you. Most productivity tools count tasks. Focus Ally counts attention. One app across your devices: iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro. THE DAY IN ONE VIEW An hourly timeline with session blocks and a live now line. Your calendar sits beside it in two columns, planned intention on one side and what actually happened on the other, read from your real calendars. A SEPARATE LANE FOR AI SESSIONS When coding agents run beside you, that work is real, but it is not your attention. Focus Ally gives parallel AI sessions their own lane, so delegated work is visible without being mistaken for focus. FOCUS SESSIONS THAT DO NOT CUT YOU OFF 10, 25, 50 or 90 minutes, or open ended. At zero it does not stop. It counts up, so a session that is going well is never ended by an alarm. REST AS PART OF THE SYSTEM Choose a break, walk the rest ladder, and log how the session felt: sluggish, ok or sharp. Rest is human life, not dead time. STATISTICS AND INSIGHTS A daily goal, core metrics, time by tag and a history strip. Insights adds daily, weekly and monthly reflections written back to you. TASKS, KEPT SIMPLE ToDo, Backlog, Done, Dropped. Tags are the only taxonomy. No folders, no projects, no ceremony. CONNECT YOUR AI ASSISTANT An MCP connection lets an AI assistant read and set your priorities and sessions, with explicit scopes that you control. ALSO Theming and seven interface languages: English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Korean. FOCUS ALLY PRO Free includes the day timeline, calendar, focus and rest sessions, tasks, and statistics for today and yesterday. Pro unlocks Insights, full statistics, full history, and smart priority reminders. Focus Ally Pro Monthly: $9.99 per month, with a 7 day free trial. Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Distracting apps won't steal your focus anymore. Meet distraction blocking. Pick the apps that pull you away, and Focus Ally keeps them closed during a focus session, on a schedule, or once you hit your daily limit. You can even keep them locked until you finish an important task. Also in this update: • Adapted for iPhone Duo. • Tasks are faster and easier to use. • More reliable sync across your devices. • Reminders no longer get lost among other notifications. • A better interface throughout.
