The merchant, the note and a recurring expense's end date show in full instead of being cut off mid-word and a date outside this year now shows the year. Money in your region's format: • Amounts follow your Spend region, not your phone's language: Brazil shows R$ 1.234,56, Germany 1.234,56 €, India ₹1,23,456.50, Japan ¥1,234 — in Spend, the widgets and on the watch. • Type amounts the way your region writes them. "289,00" used to be read as 28,900; it is 289 now, in the composer and the budget. • Currencies without cents (yen, won) no longer offer a decimal key. Scanning statements and receipts: • A statement scan reads each merchant, shows the date up front, and imports only the rows you select. • Amounts of $1,000 and over are now recognised. They were missed before. • A refund imports as a refund, not a charge. • A large charge, or a line that appears twice, is no longer dropped. • Receipt scanning reads tables and totals more accurately. • Receipt dates are read correctly in more countries' formats. • A running-balance column, a "2 x 1,19" quantity line, VAT tables and booking dates no longer turn into extra expenses. Streaks and reminders: • Grace shields now actually protect your streak after a missed day, and a flexible habit's weekly rescue counts toward your overall streak. • One "Here's your day" reminder at 9am instead of two in the same minute, listing the right day's habits and tasks. • The morning recap now describes yesterday, not the day before. Fixes: • Recent expenses could silently overwrite an amount, merchant and category you had already typed. Recent is now offered only before you start. • Water logged on a past day now lands on that day, not today. • Adding one expense could shrink the category list to that one category. Fixed. • A bill that went down was flagged as unusual spending. Fixed. • The free to-do limit counted every task you had ever created. It counts open tasks now finishing one frees a slot. • A refunded purchase could leave Pro switched on. Fixed. • Quick Log on Open now appears when you reopen the app after a few hours away. It had stopped showing on a fresh launch. • Changing a recurring expense for all occurrences extending its end date, say no longer removes its earlier months. • Restoring from iCloud no longer fails on to-dos, and one unreadable to-do no longer costs you the rest. • Several freezes fixed, including one on the dashboard and one at launch.

The old channel had a hard ~1 MB ceiling, so anyone with a well-developed Duck Island or a long history could silently hit the cap and stop backing up. The new channel has effectively no practical size limit for a single user's data. - Backups are kept as dated snapshots up to the last 7. If a restore ever goes wrong, you can roll back to an earlier point instead of being stuck with one overwrite. - New "Choose a snapshot" picker in Settings → Backup.
