Generate. Tap Generate. AI reads your transcript, identifies the relevant fields, and produces a formatted document matched to your chosen template in seconds. Date, location, severity ratings, corrective actions, numbered steps - all properly structured and labeled.
Refine and Share. Tap any field in the generated document to edit it by voice or keyboard. Add a missed observation, correct a detail, append to a list. Tap Regenerate and your changes propagate across related sections. Export as PDF and share with your team, your client, or your records system.
