Pearl is a journaling app built around a simple belief: you already have the answers. You just haven't had the right space — or the right questions — to find them yet.
When you journal in Pearl, you're not filling out a form or tracking a metric. You're thinking on the page. Pearl is there while you write, and asks the one question that might take you further inward.
These depth questions aren't generated from a template. They come from what you actually wrote. They're specific, personal, and designed to do one thing: help you look a little closer at what's already there.
Journeys:
Journeys are how Pearl helps you stay with what matters. Choose the kind of inner work you want to focus on:
- Achieve — You have a goal. Pearl keeps you honest with yourself about it, not just your progress toward it.
- Change — Something in your life is shifting. Pearl helps you stay present with it, rather than rushing through it.
- Discover — You're sitting with a question that doesn't have a simple answer. Pearl deepens it, entry by entry.
Insights:
After you've written enough, Pearl offers brief, impressionistic insights. The kind of thing a perceptive friend might say: "I've noticed something."
You decide what to do with them, or nothing at all.
What Pearl is not:
Pearl will not give you a score, a streak, or a wellness dashboard. It won't tell you you haven't journaled in five days. It won't offer advice on what you should do, feel, or change.
It's a space to think, built for people who believe the examined life is worth living, and who want a quiet, intelligent companion for that work.
Private by design:
Your entries are yours alone. Everything is stored securely on your device and in the cloud, visible only to you. You never receive targeted ads, and your data is never sold.
