Bar Mode got a nice tune-up. You can now be more specific about what’s fair game, paste or scan a menu for smarter picks, and get better-looking drink cards when Sip helps you decide what to order. We also added more flavor and “avoid this” options, made Feed actions feel quicker with haptics and comments, and polished a few startup messages so the app feels a little smoother all around.

Sip now makes it easier to log drinks from trips, cruises, and nights out. Location search includes cruise lines and popular ships, so you can save moments from places like Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Disney Cruise Line, or Icon of the Seas without fighting standard venue search. We also tightened up drink lists: adding journal moments now syncs first, shows clearer “Adding” feedback, and better handles retries if something does not save right away. Plus, a few behind-the-scenes fixes improve place suggestions, list reliability, and overall polish.

We cleaned up the Journal, made logging drinks faster and easier, improved drink lists, and added a better Feed experience for friend activity, comments, and privacy controls. We also tightened up syncing and fixed a few rough edges throughout the app.

The drink logging flow has also been simplified so you can select one or more drinks, add rating, location, notes, and photos, then save.
