Arc is not therapy and does not provide medical or mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, Arc will point you to real resources and real human help.
Arc is not designed to be addictive. No streaks. No gamification. No guilt-trip notifications.
Arc is not trying to be your only friend. It will, regularly, suggest you go talk to a real one.

PRIVACY
Your conversations are encrypted. Your data is yours. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, no questions, no email exchange.
Arc does not sell your data. Arc does not train advertising on your conversations.
