TodoBar - Menu Bar To-Do List
Quick daily tasks & reminders
Only for Mac

Mac
Your day, right where you live.
TodoBar is a friendly menu bar todo list for macOS. Press ⌃⌥⌘T from any app, type "Email Sam in 2 hours," and you're done — no menu pickers, no calendar dialogs. The app reads plain English and figures out the date for you.
Your todos live one click away in your menu bar. Never buried under windows. Never another app to switch into.
WHAT MAKES TODOBAR DIFFERENT
• Plain-English due dates — "tomorrow at 9am," "in 30 minutes," "next Friday," "tonight at 8" — it just parses
• Global hotkey ⌃⌥⌘T — capture a task from any app, instantly
• Lives in your menu bar — always accessible, never in the way
• iCloud sync — your list stays in sync across every Mac you use
• Smart reminders — local notifications when tasks are due
• Statistics — track your streak, fastest completion, longest task, and unlock Tad-themed achievements as you go
• Export anywhere — Markdown or JSON, your data is yours
PAY ONCE. YOURS FOREVER.
No subscription. No recurring fees. No "premium plan." Free up to 10 active tasks (completed tasks never count against the limit), then a one-time $9.99 unlock for unlimited.
Restore your purchase on every Mac signed in with the same Apple ID. That's it.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your todos stay on your Mac and in your own iCloud account. TodoBar has no servers, no analytics, no tracking, no third parties. Nothing about you leaves your devices.
MEET TAD
The friendly green frog who quietly cheers you on. He celebrates when you reach inbox zero. He looks impressed when your streak grows. Tap him five times for a surprise.

- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Buying unlimited tasks works now.
- Fixed: the unlock could not be bought in the App Store version. Clicking the unlock button showed "Product unavailable. Try again later." instead of the purchase window. If you ran into this, I'm sorry, and thank you for trying.
- The unlock button now shows the price in your own currency, straight from the App Store, instead of a fixed US dollar amount.
- Clicking the unlock button twice no longer starts two purchases.
