Amparo can now look for the cycle patterns clinicians use to describe the menopausal transition, if you choose. • Perimenopause Notes: turn it on in Settings, and Insights shows whether your cycle lengths have changed in a lasting way or gone 60 days or more without a period, with the dates each finding rests on and the other things that cause the same pattern. Amparo describes your logs; it can't diagnose anything. • With Pattern Notes on too, you'll get a note when one of these patterns first appears. • The Doctor Visit Summary adds a page with what Perimenopause Notes found and the criteria behind it, ready for your next appointment.

Amparo now shows temperatures in Celsius, offers a higher-contrast look, and is ready for iPhone Duo. • Celsius: temperatures show and log in °C or °F. Amparo follows your iPhone's region until you pick one in Settings, and readings you've already logged switch along with it. • Higher Contrast: with Increase Contrast on in your iPhone's Accessibility settings, every look, the widgets, and the Live Activity switch to stronger colors and clearer text. • Pattern Notes: an optional note when your cycles change pattern, such as running shorter or longer, varying more, or going 60 days without a period. It points you to Insights, which explains what the pattern can mean. • Made for iPhone Duo: unfold it, and Home, Calendar, and Insights spread into two columns. • The CSV export now includes your temperatures, labeled with their unit. • Fixed: temperatures typed with a decimal comma, such as 36,5, now save.

Amparo now speaks Spanish, looks closer at your patterns, and comes in four looks. • Your Patterns, Up Close: tap a pattern to see it cycle by cycle, what tends to come with it, and how you felt on those days. • Temperature-Timed Predictions: once this cycle's temperature rise is confirmed, Amparo times your next period from it. • Four Looks: choose Midnight, Daylight, Notepad, or Plain.
