Imposter is a fast and fun party game of bluffing, guessing, and social deduction. Perfect for game nights, parties, road trips, and hangouts, it turns any group into a room full of suspicion, laughter, and chaotic debate.
In every round, most players receive the same secret word. One or more players are the Imposters — they must blend in, listen carefully, and try to survive without knowing the word. If enabled, Imposters can also receive a hint to help them stay in the game and make every round even more interesting.
Players take turns saying words connected to the secret word. If you know the word, your goal is to give a clever clue without making it too obvious. If you’re an Imposter, your goal is to improvise, read the room, sound convincing, and figure out the secret word before the round ends.
One strange clue or one suspicious word can change everything.
After the clues are shared, it’s time to debate, accuse, and vote. Can the group find the Imposters, or will the Imposters survive the round and guess the secret word?
