KineCount - Move to Unlock
Free · Rep Counter - Private
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New Home screen, richer Progress and a five-phase KineMotion camera game. Count reps and hold time with your phone camera, privately on your device.
Move. Count. Progress.
KineCount turns your iPhone camera into a simple workout tracker for bodyweight exercises.
Place your phone, choose an exercise and start moving. KineCount uses on-device pose detection to estimate repetitions and workout activity without recording or uploading your camera video.
Supported exercises
• Squat
• Push-up
• Sit-up
• Pull-up
• Plank
Spider 30
Take on a 30-day circuit challenge built around pull-ups, push-ups and squats. Complete qualifying Spider workouts on different days and track your progress over time.
KineMotion
Turn movement into gameplay. Move left and right, crouch, jump hurdles and strike an enemy across five phases, using your body as the controller. Nothing in KineMotion is saved or counted as a workout.
Apple Health
Save completed KineCount workouts to Apple Health after granting permission.
Track your progress
Review recent sessions, totals and workout history, and see your recorded workouts by day, week or month in Progress. Use challenges, the 5 Star Road and structured workout plans to build consistency over time.
Move to Unlock
KineCount can optionally connect exercise activity with App Limits. Complete workouts, earn available time and use it to temporarily access apps you chose to limit.
Privacy-first camera processing
Exercise detection is performed on your iPhone. Camera frames and pose landmarks used for exercise tracking are processed on-device and are not recorded or uploaded as workout video.
Optional cloud features may require Sign in with Apple and sync selected workout information.
Good to know
KineCount is an informational workout tracking app. Rep counts, hold duration and estimated activity values may vary with lighting, camera position, framing, clothing and movement.
KineCount does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, injury-prevention guidance or professional coaching.
KineCount 1.2.1
- A redesigned Home screen. Today's activity, your goals and your exercises are easier to find, and sheets open from Home for exercises, challenges, history and your profile.
- Improved Progress tracking. See your recorded workouts by day, week or month, filter by exercise, view totals, and see which body areas your recorded exercises are classified to. Progress shows your own saved history and works on your device.
- KineMotion now has five phases. The camera game gets more to do: faster obstacles, deeper bars to crouch under, hurdles to jump, and an enemy to punch or kick. Nothing in KineMotion is saved or counted as a workout.
- Stability and compatibility improvements, including an update to the latest iOS development tooling and a fix so that stopping a workout saves it exactly once.
KineCount counts reps and valid hold time with your phone camera. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not recorded or uploaded.
