iCloud sync is here. Lumeni now keeps your tasks, projects, areas, goals, checklists, tags and attachments in your private iCloud account and syncs them across your Macs, iPhone and iPad, wherever you’re signed in to the same Apple Account and Lumeni account. Your data stays yours: it lives in your own iCloud storage, not on our servers. There’s nothing to set up: the first time you open this version, the tasks already on your Mac move to iCloud automatically, without creating duplicates. If you sign out of iCloud, Lumeni keeps working with the copy on your Mac and sends your changes back once you sign in again. You can check sync status anytime in Settings. Nearby sync, still available for accounts that stay on one Mac, is now secured with a key derived from your account password.

What's new in Lumeni 2.1 • Natural-language Quick Entry: type "Call Sam #Work @phone !h tomorrow at 3pm" and Lumeni sets the date, time, project, tag and priority. Each detail appears as a chip you can remove to keep its words in the title. • Repeating tasks: daily, weekdays, weekly on the days you choose, monthly, yearly, or a set time after you finish, with an optional end date. Each completed repeat is saved to the Logbook. • Your calendar beside your tasks: today's events at the top of Today, events in the month and week calendar, and an hour-by-hour day plan. Drag a task onto an hour to time-block it, and its reminder moves with it. Turn it on in Settings › Integration. • Suggest Steps: on-device AI breaks a task into a checklist. • Inbox Triage: on-device AI suggests a list, project, tags and priority for each task in your Inbox. • More Shortcuts actions: create a task with a project and deadline, add tasks from text, get the tasks in a list, and open any list. • lumeni:// links let Raycast, Alfred, and your own scripts add tasks, open lists and search. • Polish and bug fixes.
