20 breaths before you scroll. Brethos gates your social media behind real breathing detection, then rewards you with satisfying ASMR stress relief. Stop the mindless scroll. Start with a breath. Brethos detects your real breathing through the microphone and requires 20 deep breaths before you can open your social media apps. No faking it — the app listens for actual inhales and exhales, calibrates to your environment, and counts every breath. BREATHE TO UNLOCK Choose which apps to block. When you reach for TikTok, Instagram, or any app you choose, Brethos steps in with a calming breathing exercise. Complete 20 breaths to unlock your apps. YOU'RE IN CONTROL After your breathing session, you decide: continue meditating, explore stress-relief experiences, or open your apps. You can now control your scrolling instead of your scrolling controlling you.
