I’m a fan of apps that help us spend less time on screens and more time building healthier habits! If you’re someone who has a hard time putting yourself out there, or is hesitant to try new things, this app simplifies the process and makes it less overwhelming! The red panda as an accountability partner is cute and fun, but the app actually has a lot of practical and helpful ways to help you follow through with trying out new activities and events. As someone who appreciates productivity/self improvement tools, I think Hey Sammy has a lot to offer and I’m excited to see how it grows!

I moved to a new city and don’t know anyone (scary!). This app has helped me find different activities to meet new people that aren’t just the standard “join a run club”. I love that I can track the events I’ve gone to and write notes on my experiences. The app is super user friendly too!
