Switch Camp Official App Ride, Learn, Progress, Belong Switch Camps is the app for riders who want more days on snow — and who want to actually get better while they are there. Browse and request a place at snowboard and ski camps in the Greek mountains, work through a structured coaching programme, and keep every trick you land in one rider passport. CAMPS — BROWSE AND REQUEST A PLACE • Browse every upcoming Switch camp with its dates, resort, riding level, price and how many places are left. • Open a camp for the full picture: what is included, the coaches running it, and how fast it is filling up. • Request your place in a few taps. You enter your name, email, phone and riding level, and choose optional add-ons such as gear rental or the resort shuttle. • No payment is taken in the app. Your request holds a place with the status "pending", and the Switch team contacts you to confirm it and arrange payment directly. • You get a booking pass with a QR code and reference as soon as your request goes through. YOUR BOOKINGS • Every camp you have requested or had confirmed sits in one list. • Open a booking to follow its status through Requested, Confirmed, Check-in and Camp Complete, and to see the price due. • Cancel a place you can no longer take and it goes straight back to the camp for someone else. CAMP CHAT • Every camp has a group chat for the riders going to it. • Sort out travel, gear, meeting points and plans with the crew before you arrive. ACADEMY — TRACK YOUR PROGRESSION • Three skill trees to work through: Fundamentals, Freestyle and Jibbing. • Skills run from skidded and carved turns and heel edge through to boardslides, noseslides, tailslides, bluntslides, slopestyle and backflip. • Mark a session complete to earn XP, level up and unlock what comes next. • Every skill shows what it is worth in XP and whether it is locked, ready to train or done, and the app calls out what to work on next. • Climb the rider ranks as you go: Rookie, Rider, Shredder, Sender, Local Legend. GAME OF S.N.O.W • The snowboard version of H.O.R.S.E., for when you are out on the hill with another rider. • Name a trick and land it. Miss and the set simply passes over. Land it and the other rider has to match it — and a miss there costs them a letter. • Four letters spells S.N.O.W and loses the game. • Scored on one phone that passes between riders, and every round is kept so you can see exactly how it was won. EXPLORE — THE MOUNTAIN TODAY • Pick your resort and see the current snow report, snow quality and terrain park set-up. • Find a ride up: carpools posted by other riders show the driver, where they leave from, what time they go, seats left and the fuel split. • Post your own ride and fill the empty seats in your car. YOUR RIDER PASSPORT • Your profile keeps your ride days, camps attended, level and tricks landed. • Add your hometown, your stance and the board you ride. • Earn badges as you attend camps, and collect the tricks you land in your trick passport. ACCOUNT, PRIVACY AND CONTROL • Create an account with an email address and a password. • Change your password, or delete your account, at any time from Profile → Settings. • Account deletion happens in the app and takes effect immediately. It permanently erases your profile, progress, bookings, camp chat messages and photo, and releases any place you were holding back to the camp. You never need to email or call us to do it. • Because no payment is taken in the app, we never collect or store card details. There is no advertising and no tracking. WHO IT IS FOR Beginners booking a first proper week on snow, intermediates chasing their first clean park laps, and riders who already spend the season in the mountains and would rather have the camp, the coaching and the crew in one place.
