Run event check-in from your iPhone or iPad. Nucleus Events gives your team one place to find guests, scan tickets, and welcome VIPs at the door. FIND THE RIGHT GUEST Search by name or email, browse your guest list, and filter between checked-in and pending arrivals. Open a guest record to review their details and check them in. SCAN AND CHECK IN Use your device camera to scan ticket barcodes and QR codes. Look up tickets manually when a guest needs help, review ticket details, and see check-in status. WELCOME VIPS Browse VIP groups, find members, and manage their arrival status. Available tools follow the features and permissions enabled for your event. HANDLE WALK-INS Add a guest at the door and check them in without leaving the app. PREPARE FOR UNRELIABLE CONNECTIONS Download your event while connected so its records are available on your device. Continue looking up attendees and recording check-ins offline, then sync changes when a connection is available. Updates from other devices require a connection and synchronization. FOLLOW EVENT PROGRESS See attendance totals and pending arrivals, review event details, and switch between the events available to your team. Nucleus Events requires authorized access to an organization using Nucleus. Sign in with your Nucleus account or use a device code provided by your organizer. An internet connection is required for initial sign-in and event download.
