Savoured - Your recipe book

Cookbook, grocery list, meals

Now it cooks with you — step-by-step mode in big type, timers lifted straight from the method, and cups-to-grams conversion that knows flour from milk. Savoured — Your Recipe Book A beautiful, personal cookbook that now cooks with you. Save recipes from Safari or a link, or write your own by hand, then tap Start cooking and follow along one step at a time, in big type, with each step's timer a tap away. Save straight from Safari Turn on the Savoured extension in Safari and save the recipe you're reading without leaving the page. Savoured brings over the title, ingredients, steps, servings, prep and cook times and photos, plus the recipe's category when the site lists one, so your tabs fill themselves in. No copying and pasting required. Clip recipes from a link Paste the link to a recipe page and Savoured picks out the ingredients, steps, cook times, servings and photos. Look it over before you save. The author and site stay credited, with a link back to the original. Organize your way File recipes under categories like Pasta, Soups or Desserts and flip between them with manila tabs. Search across titles, ingredients, steps and notes to find the one you're looking for. Cook mode, one step at a time Tap Start cooking and the recipe takes over the screen: one step per page, in type you can read from across the kitchen. Swipe to move on, check off ingredients as they go in, and the screen stays awake, so there's no more tapping with flour-covered hands to keep it lit. Close cook mode halfway through and Resume cooking picks up at the same step. Timers lifted from the recipe When a step says "simmer for 20 minutes", Savoured turns it into a timer. Tap once to start. The countdown follows you through the rest of the recipe and, if you allow notifications, tells you when it's up, phone in your pocket or not. A grocery list that adds up Tap Add to shopping list on any recipe and Savoured merges what repeats. Two recipes that both want flour become one line with the amounts added together, even when one asks for a cup and the other for 250 g. Check things off as you shop, or share the list as text. Cook for fewer, or for more Change the servings and every quantity follows. Or work backward: tell Savoured you only have 1½ cups of flour left and the whole recipe rescales around it. Counts round to a sensible half, so no more 2¼ eggs. Conversion for cooks, not calculators Switch any recipe between imperial and metric. Found a recipe on a British blog? 250 g of flour becomes 2 cups, 180°C becomes 350°F, and a 23x33 cm pan becomes 9x13 inches. Going the other way, cups of flour become grams, not milliliters. Teaspoons stay teaspoons, and the steps convert right along with the ingredients. Set your units once for the whole cookbook or switch recipe by recipe. Your original text is never overwritten, so "as written" is always one tap away. Photos for every dish Recipes saved from the web show the site's own photos. Tap any image to see it full screen and swipe through the gallery. Designed like a real cookbook Cream paper, handwritten-style notes, serif type, index-card rows and manila category tabs, in light or dark mode. Savoured looks and feels like the cookbook you'd actually want on your shelf. On iPhone and iPad On iPad the cookbook lays out as a grid of index cards, recipes and cook mode sit in a comfortable reading column, and cook mode's type scales up so you can read it at arm's length. Savoured speaks English, French and German. Free to start Savoured is free to download, and every feature works in the free version, which holds up to 10 recipes, Safari saves included. Unlimited recipes is a single one-time in-app purchase that removes the limit for good: no subscription, no renewals. If your cookbook is full, new Safari saves wait safely and arrive the moment you unlock. Unlimited recipes works with Family Sharing. Your recipes, your device No account needed. Your cookbook and grocery list are stored on your device, and Savoured never uploads them. Savoured has no analytics and no trackers, and we never see your recipes.
