Anchored is a real-time mental check for poker players. During a session, you log events as they happen (bad beats, big losses, failed bluffs) and check in when something feels off. Four sliders, ten seconds. You get a Clear, Warning, or Tilt read, plus one piece of coaching you can actually use before the next hand.
That alone changes how you play. Catching it at Warning instead of finding out at Tilt after two more buy-ins are gone is the whole point.
But the part that makes you genuinely better over time is what happens across sessions.
Anchored tracks your patterns. It finds which events reliably trigger your tilt, what pre-session conditions protect you, and how a bad session raises your risk the next time you sit down. You get a tilt profile that identifies your type (desperation, injustice, revenge, winner tilt, and more), and every check, coaching note, and pre-session cue runs through it. The longer you use it, the more specific it gets.
After each session you get a breakdown tied to what actually happened. Your mental score, the events you logged, how your energy and stress going in connected to the result. Not a generic summary. Analysis built from your actual data.
