City Seekers
Real-world AR Scavenger Hunts
Free · In‑App Purchases
City Seekers turns any walk into an AR Scavenger Hunt. Follow
real-world clues through your favorite city, find hidden landmarks,
and unlock secrets on every street — with an Augmented Reality
compass overlay pointing the way through your phone's camera.
Every hunt is a self-guided AR scavenger trail. Solve a clue,
navigate to the spot using GPS or the AR camera compass, and a
hidden detail at each location unlocks the next. Some clues are
easy; some take a sharp eye and a good map sense.
WHY EXPLORERS LOVE IT
• Gentle, all-ages puzzles with up to two hints per stop
if you get stuck — no dead ends, no failure states.
• AR camera compass points you toward each stop in the real
world.
• Dozens of cities to play in, from Denver to Boston, with new
hunts added regularly.
• Free hunts in every city. Try the first 1–3 stops on every
paid hunt before you decide whether to unlock the rest.
• Track your finds in a personal Bestiary of creatures you've
spotted, and share an album of each trip when you're done.
WHO IT'S FOR
A 13+ game for people living in the United States. You're 13 or older
and live in the U.S. to create an account; younger children play only
as a companion alongside a parent or guardian who's present and leading
— never on their own.
THREE KINDS OF HUNT
• Standard tours — thirteen stops grouped into three tiers,
perfect for an afternoon downtown.
• Short walks — five-stop strolls that fit in a single park
visit.
• Anytown hunts — fifty universal stops that adapt to whatever
city you're in, so there's always something nearby.
WHERE WE PLAY
Boston · Boulder · Cambridge · Colorado · Denver · DC · Golden ·
Highlands Ranch · Mesa · Orlando · Philadelphia · Phoenix · Salem ·
San Francisco · Scottsdale · Seattle · Waltham · Wyoming — and more
cities every month.
No ads. No third-party tracking beyond crash reporting. Your data
is never sold or shared.
