Brief alarm. 30-second spoken-affirmation ritual. Cast it. Feel it. Shift it. Built for daily inner work — no streaks, no shame, no ads.
Cast it. Feel it. Shift it.
Casting is a spoken-affirmation ritual. Each morning, a brief alarm opens a 30-second window where you speak your affirmation out loud — and the limiting loop inside you gives way to the affirming one.
This is not journaling. Not reading. Not background audio.
The mechanism is your own voice, speaking to your own subconscious, daily.
WHY SPEAK IT
Reading affirmations engages the eyes. Writing engages the hand. Speaking engages the body — breath, vocal cords, hearing — and the subconscious treats your spoken words as input from the world. Every wisdom tradition that ever rewired a person used spoken word, not silent thought.
THE RITUAL
1. Set a morning alarm. The alarm is the door.
2. When it rings, the app opens to your affirmation.
3. Speak it aloud. Slowly. As many times as feels right.
4. The grounding screen marks the close. The loop is interrupted.
That is the entire ritual. 30 seconds. Done.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Casting is built for people already practicing inner work — affirmations, visualization, subconscious rewiring, identity shifts. If terms like "limiting belief," "neural pathway," or "becoming the version of you that already exists" land for you, this app speaks your language.
New to affirmation work? The ritual still works — start with one alarm, one sentence, one week. The daily repetition does the rest.
