What you can do with GLP1-GO:
Track weight and body progress
Log your weight and view clear charts over time. Track in kg, lb or st, compare against your starting weight and stay focused on your goal.
Log injections or pills
Record every dose with the date, time and, for injections, the site. Each medication shows its own dose options, and you can type a custom dose too. Rotate injection sites more easily and set dose and reorder reminders so you never run short.
Track body measurements and clothing sizes
Log waist, chest, hips, arms, thighs and neck, and record how your clothes fit — so you can see the non-scale changes the scale misses.
Track calories, macros and meals
Search foods or scan a barcode to log breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Get personalized calorie, protein, fiber and water goals, and stay aware of your intake as your appetite changes on GLP-1 medication.
Track water intake
Use a simple visual water tracker to keep an eye on hydration throughout the day.

Privacy
Your health data is stored on your device, and no account is required to use the app. Optional backup to your own private iCloud is available if you want it — it stays switched off until you turn it on, and you choose whether progress photos are included.
