Built by a lifter, for lifters
Reps was built for people who want a simple workout tracker that stays useful as they get stronger. If you want a free gym log with unlimited routines, complete history, structured programs, lifting stats, and no subscription, Reps is built for you.
Went searching quite a bit to find a simple app that doesn’t spam me for a subscription, has a simple interface, logs history and functions like a SIMPLE shopping list with auto timers after each set during my workout. I didn’t want a giant ecosystem, I just wanted an easy 2 or 3 buttons to click while I check off my routine in a busy public gym. Thank you!! Only request would be to be able to view the full workout without “starting” one and the master clock running. Right now I just use edit to view everything.

Great FREE tracker & planner!

Highly customizable FREE gym training logger and planner. I love that I can search for the body part or muscles I want to work on and a list of exercises appears. You can create your own exercise and use any of them to build a routine. What would make it even better is if there was a link to a demonstration video for each exercise movement. Overall I love it and I show the Reps app to others in the gym.Great job, Kevin, and thank you!

Thank you so much for the kind words and support. So glad to hear you are enjoying using the app. I wanted to let you know that in the most recent version of the app I did add an about/how to section to exercises when you tap them during an active workout. Right now it provides links for quick Google/YouTube searches, but I am looking into built in explanations as well but only if I can do them with very high quality. Truly appreciate your support though and spreading the good word about the app. It's so great to have folks like yourself as part of the community! ❤️
Very promising

It’s still missing many features I would personally need to switch over from Hevy, my current tracker, but from what I’m seeing so far it’s very promising. It has everything a basic workout tracker needs, though it is missing just a few key features to where I can’t switch over just yet, specifically:A “Rep range” option when making a routine,Weight/ muscle size tracking,Descriptions of each exercise and how to complete them properly,And when selecting exercises from menu, having a more specific options would be appreciated ex: instead of just arms have exercises split into forearm, tricep, and bicep categories, with primary and secondary muscle groupsI do think these aren’t major major issues and it still works fine as a tracker, it is completely free, though I would expect it to be monetized in the future. Very good.

Thank you so much for trying Reps and for your encouraging words and thoughtful feedback! I’ve added several things since and thanks to your review. I'd love if you could update to the latest version (1.0.30) so you can try them:- Rep ranges have been added, so you can set a target like 8–12 reps when creating or editing your routines.- You can now track your weight and body measurements, with charts to follow your progress. You can also add custom measurements and progress photos.- I’ve added a “How to” section to each exercise with YouTube and Google search buttons to help you find demonstrations and instructions on proper form more easily. I am planning to explore built in guides as well only if I can deliver them with a very high quality.- You can now filter exercises with separate filters for primary and secondary muscles. Also, I want to assure you I am committed to always providing an awesome free product because I care deeply about fitness and health. I don't know with certainty what the future holds for this app and where it might lead, but I can promise you that nothing that is currently available in the app (as well as many additional features yet to come) will ever be put behind a paywall and I will never do annoying pop-up ads.I hope with all this information you will consider updating your review to 5 stars! If there’s more you’d like to see from me to earn that 5th star, please email me at support@trackreps.com and let me know what’s still missing and what I can do to earn it.Thank you again for giving Reps a chance and taking the time to help me make it better. Your feedback and support mean so much to me! ❤️-Kevin
The perfect base strength tracker

Does exactly what the app claims to do. Super simple to use, really clean interface. Perfect for tracking my workouts over time. Has all the features (and a couple extras) compared to several paid alternatives. I love this app so much that even though it’s free, I want to reach out to the developer to offer a donation.
