TonoCard AI Assistant Card
AI Unknown Call Summary
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases
TonoCard is the iPhone companion app for the TonoCard AI Call Assistant Card. TonoCard hardware is required. This app cannot be used on its own.
When you're busy with clients, meetings, or family, let AI speak with callers first and follow your instructions. Use the app to manage your device, set call-handling rules, and review conversations.
KEY FEATURES
• Screen unwanted calls
AI asks why someone is calling and politely declines unwanted sales pitches according to your rules.
• Put important callers through
AI alerts you when a conversation needs your attention. Take over the same ongoing call to speak with the caller directly.
• Get the key details
Review AI-generated summaries, transcripts, and follow-up notes to understand what was discussed and what needs your attention.
• You decide how calls are handled
Tell your AI assistant about your industry, customers, and preferences. Review and confirm proposed rules for putting calls through, taking messages, or declining unwanted calls.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
• AI calling
Tell AI who to contact and what to say. After you confirm, AI can place the call and report back.
• Multiple phones
Manage calls across up to three phones with one TonoCard device, including separate work and personal phones.
• Familiar callers and social voice calls
When you're unavailable, let AI explain that you're busy and take a message. Voice-call assistance also supports WeChat, WhatsApp, and LINE. See the app for compatibility requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
TonoCard hardware is required to use this app. Availability depends on device connectivity, settings, operating system, subscription benefits, network access, and service status.

Call waiting works more smoothly: after one call ends, a still-ringing call continues after your configured delay, with call records preserved correctly.

• Automatic handling stops promptly if you cancel the waiting call or answer it yourself
Bug Fixes
• Fixed an issue where the previous call could interfere with a waiting call during handover
• Fixed call screens and records not closing correctly during handover, which could cause the first call's record to be lost or duplicated
• Improved tap response for the "Skip" button during device pairing

New call interception alert: when Do Not Disturb, Focus, or call filtering on your iPhone blocks an incoming call, the home screen now lets you know and shows how to fix it.
New Features
• Call interception alert: with Do Not Disturb/Focus, Silence Unknown Callers, or call blocking turned on, iPhone does not pass incoming calls to your AI assistant. A banner on the home screen now flags this and lists the settings to check, so call handling can resume quickly
• The banner can be dismissed, and clears automatically once the next call comes through normally
Improvements
• The authorized phones list now recognizes iPhone 17, iPhone Air, and iPhone 18 series model names
• Larger tap area for the "Skip" button on the device pairing screen
Bug Fixes
• Fixed newer iPhone models showing only as "iPhone" in device info
• General stability improvements

2.1 Aug 25
Feedback now supports photo and voice attachments and can be linked to a specific call in one tap. During emergency transfer hold, background music and AI prompts now play together instead of cutting each other off.
New Features
• Attach photos and voice recordings to feedback, and link a report to a specific recent call with one tap
• Background music and AI voice prompts are now mixed during emergency transfer hold instead of interrupting each other

Improvements

• New default handling for ride-hailing/designated-driver and property/repair visits — calls are transferred to you when the driver arrives or someone is at your door
• Cash-on-delivery, valuable or signature-required parcels, and delivery riders who can't get in or find you are now transferred to you instead of being turned away
• Telecom and financial calls are now logged and relayed with a pointer to official channels, reducing false rejections (rules you've edited yourself are left untouched)

• Fixed an outbound call being cut off when you opened the AI assistant chat while it was in progress
• Fixed known contacts showing as "Unknown number" in call history and call details
• Fixed the app showing "Unknown callers only" mode while still letting the AI answer calls from your contacts

• Fixed the AI assistant floating button occasionally disappearing until the app was restarted
• Fixed simulated calls occasionally showing text with no audio for an entire turn
• Improved call recording and playback stability at the moment you hang up

1.9 Aug 18
