A menu-bar time tracker that turns scattered hours into clean sessions, weekly goals, and steady habits. Works offline, with optional cloud sync across your Macs.
337 Time Tracker is a calm, keyboard-driven time tracker that lives in your menu bar. Start a session in one keystroke, tag it when you stop, and watch your hours, goals, and habits add up over the week.
Track time without thinking about it
• Start and stop from the menu bar, the dashboard, or a global hotkey.
• Wall-clock timer that survives sleep, wake, and lid close. Stop one stops it for good. Never a duplicate entry.
• Idle detection asks before counting away-from-keyboard minutes as work.
Pomodoro that respects you
• Focus and break phases, with auto-stop at the boundary.
• A quiet macOS notification when a phase ends. No remote push, no countdown blinking in your face.
Goals, habits, and weekly progress
• Set daily and weekly targets per tag. Pace marker shows whether you're on track today.
• Mark habits done with a click; 7-day, 30-day, and longest-streak counters in plain sight.
• Charts roll up sessions by tag and by sub-task, so you can see where the week really went.
Tasks
• A real checklist, not a sticky note. Pin tasks, drag to reorder, mark them done, or start a tracked session from any task.
Backups and export
• Daily JSON snapshots are written automatically (and kept rotated). Export a full backup, or share a session report as PDF, Markdown, or CSV. You pick the file location; 337 only touches what you choose.
• Import a calendar (.ics) file to backfill old events as sessions. The import reads only the file you choose.
Privacy, not as a sales pitch
• 337 works fully offline and needs no account. If you never sign in, nothing about you is collected or sent anywhere. Optional cloud sync (Sign in with Apple) keeps your data in step across your Macs and can be turned off anytime. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Built and verified under the macOS App Sandbox.
Designed for Apple silicon, native SwiftUI, lightweight.
