It follows your device language automatically, or you can pick English or Español yourself in Settings. Share cards stay in English on purpose. They're made to be posted anywhere, so your card reads the same wherever it lands. Plus a quieter, better-timed rating prompt, and the usual polish.

The biggest update since launch. TRIATHLON PLANS Swim, bike and run legs with Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and 140.6 presets. Each discipline in its own idiom — per-100 swim pace, bike speed, run pace — plus T1 and T2 transitions. Change your effort on one leg and the whole race re-times itself. SAVED RACES AND A LOCK SCREEN WIDGET Save a race plan, get a real countdown to race day on your Lock Screen, then log your actual finish when it's done. PLANNED vs RESULT CARDS Share your goal before the race. Afterwards, switch the same card to RESULT and show your finish against the plan. PHOTO BACKGROUNDS Drop your own photo behind any share card. NEW PACE BAND CARD Checkpoint rows with cumulative elapsed time — the card you tape to your wrist. Plus a faster scrubber for dialing in a target, Siri support, and a great deal of polish throughout.
