Dreamers Compass
The Dream Manager Program
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Dream Compass turns your dreams into a daily practice. Most people have dreams they never write down, never visualize, and never act on. Dream Compass changes that. It is a coaching app built around the proven Dream Manager methodology, used by organizations worldwide to help people pursue what matters most.
WHAT YOU GET
DREAM BOARD
Capture your dreams across four time horizons: 1 year, 5 year, 10 year, and Lifetime. Add an image, pick a category, and watch your visual dream board come alive in the Constellation View, an animated map of everything you are working toward.
DREAM TIMELINE
See every dream laid out in chronological order. Drag to reorder. Get AI-coached reflection questions to clarify the dreams that feel fuzzy.
REFLECTION JOURNAL
A guided weekly prompt every Monday, different each week, never repeated. Mood tracking. Streak count. Quiet Space mode dims everything else when you need to focus. AI Reflect-with-me mirrors your entry back in one empathetic line.
WEEKLY PULSE
Three quick sliders: Momentum, Clarity, Support. One submission per week. Watch your 13-week trend chart fill in with a heartbeat-style waveform that responds to how you are feeling.
PRIVACY FIRST
Your dreams, journal entries, and pulse responses are yours alone. Coaches see anonymized trends, never your private words. You can delete your account and all your data in two taps.
WORKS WITH OR WITHOUT A COACH
Use Dream Compass on your own, or pair it with a certified Dream Manager. Coaches use Dream Compass to guide their teams and clients through personal-development sessions.
