Formline 1.4 brings the app to iPhone and adds a more capable measured drawing workflow to Plan. • On iPhone, Plan, Space, and Build run in portrait. Plan and Space keep their tools on a rail along the bottom, and inspectors open as sheets. • Navigate freely. Pinch and pan in one gesture, even mid-drawing, with a far wider zoom range, one-finger panning in Select, and a live paper-scale readout. • Work in meters, centimeters, or feet as well as millimeters and inches. • Customize the grid for each drawing, including spacing, major lines, visibility, and a separate grid-snap switch. • Type exact sizes. Tap once, enter a length and angle, width and height, or radius, and press Return. • Draw connected Paths and Walls with stable vertices, live segment length, wall thickness, close/reverse, and one-step undo. • Place doors and windows on Walls, then edit their width, offset, hinge, swing, duplicate, or delete them in place. • Snap to endpoints, midpoints, centers, intersections, wall features, guides, and grid points. Find the global Snap control in the document top bar, with Mac Option bypass when you need free placement. • Pin only the dimensions you want to keep. Offset them, and keep detached references when their source geometry is removed. • Send a closed Path or Wall to Space as an explicit snapshot. Paths, Walls, openings, and dimensions export to PDF, SVG, and PNG. Existing Formline documents remain compatible.

Formline 1.2 is a major Space and Build update. Custom 3D shapes • Outline a simple profile in the Top view, extrude it, then edit its faces, edges, and vertices directly • Paint whole objects or individual faces — swatches, full colour picker, or hex • Real colour editing for furniture, walls, and floors too 3D navigation and editing • Switch directly between 3D and Top, use Fit to frame the space, and navigate with touch, trackpad, or mouse while Apple Pencil stays precise for editing • Select an object for a calm Move / Rotate / Size / Focus strip with precise handles, snapping, live measurements, and numeric entry Doors and placement • Doors gain hinge side, swing direction, and type, drawn as swing arcs — with a warning when furniture blocks a door • Free rotation with detents and exact degrees, plus direct movement and resizing in 3D • Tap a selected object's dimension label to edit sizes in place • The object catalog nearly doubled: wardrobes, baths, ovens, kitchen islands, and more (29 items) Measurement and money • Fractional inches (5 1/2") and feet-inches (5' 10 1/2") input; display to the nearest 1/16" • Prices now follow your local currency, with a Settings override Build mode • New wardrobe projects and a kitchen base cabinet preset • Hardware and fastener estimates in cut lists, CSVs, and PDFs • Dimensioned front and side elevation drawings in the preview and PDF export • Dressers now generate real drawer boxes Plus per-object drawing ink in Plan mode, smoother 3D camera focus, and many small fixes.

Formline 1.1 adds two new precision drawing tools: Arc Tool: Create clean, editable arcs for curved geometry, technical details, and softer plan elements. Polygon Tool: Quickly draw regular polygons with precise vector geometry, expanding the shapes available for technical layouts.
