The office trip list now shows whether the driver has confirmed each assigned trip. Bug fixes and improvements.

The office trip list now shows the assigned driver and vehicle on dispatched trips. Bug fixes and improvements.

The office can now correct the pickup and drop-off times of a completed trip from its details. Bug fixes and improvements.

For the office: when you close out a trip by hand, you can now enter the real pickup time even if the driver tapped En Route late. Send Confirmation: opening Return trip now fills it in as the reverse of the booking, so only the return date, time and flight are left to type. Close it again untouched and it stays out of the email.

When your driver is on the way you can now see who is coming and in what car, and the map follows them as they drive. The arrival time is worked out from where the car actually is, rather than from the length of your journey. If we lose the driver's position for a moment the app says so instead of showing a time it cannot stand behind.

Your wallet now counts the tip as part of what you earn for a trip. Every total that has a tip inside it says so, so you never have to wonder whether it is already counted. Office: the driver pay figure in the wallet now includes tips and names how much of it they are. The company's margin is unchanged, because a tip passes from the customer straight to the driver.

Drivers: if a trip you never finished is blocking you from starting the next one, the app now shows you which trip it is and lets you close it out yourself, without phoning the office. Taps you make with no signal are kept and sent when you are back online. This now includes the case where the server was reachable but too slow to answer, which previously lost the tap. Office: completing a trip from the dashboard now asks when the passenger was picked up and dropped off, so the driver's hours are worked out from the journey rather than from the moment the trip was closed. Times entered by hand are marked as such in the wallet.

Drivers can now see which vehicle is assigned to a trip, and can Confirm a job so the office knows it has been picked up. Trips already carrying a passenger now show as Picked Up. Also fixes airport pickups being judged against the wrong distance.

Send a reservation confirmation email to a customer straight from a pending trip. Review and edit every line before it goes out, and add extra recipients if you need to.

Accurate pickup and drop-off times: • "Passenger Picked Up" and "Complete Trip" can now only be recorded when you are actually at the address. If you are too far away, tapping opens a map showing the pickup or drop-off, your own position, and the accepted area as a green circle. It closes by itself and the button unlocks as soon as you arrive. • The accepted area is larger at airports, so the whole terminal area, parking and arrivals roadway all count as being there. • Location sharing is now required while you are driving.

Two fixes for dispatch: • The card processing fee is now suggested at 3% of the fare in the Create a Trip screen too, and recalculates as you type. Previously only the trip-edit screen did this and Create still used a flat amount. You can still enter any amount. • The vehicle picker in Create a Trip now shows each car's plate alongside its name, matching the rest of the app.

Fixes and improvements for drivers and dispatch: • Trip step buttons can no longer fire twice. Tapping "Passenger Picked Up" or "Complete Trip" now locks the button until the step is saved, so a trip can't be marked picked up and completed at the same moment. • If the connection drops mid-trip, your tap is saved on the device with the real time and sent automatically once you are back online — you can keep working. • Fixed a case where the payment method could revert to "No payment to collect" after editing a trip's price. • The card processing fee is now suggested at 3% of the fare and recalculates as you type. You can still enter any amount. • Trip details now refresh immediately after saving, so flight and payment changes show right away.

Live flight status is now shown on trips, for riders, drivers and dispatch. • Flight status (delays, early arrivals, landing) appears on the trip list and trip details • Dispatchers can add flight details to an existing trip and turn tracking on • Card payments now show the processing fee, so drivers know what to collect • Drivers are reminded to go En Route, confirm a pickup, and complete a trip • A driver can only run one trip at a time • Notifications are now readable in full on the trip screen • Boss alerts show which driver they are about • Wallet and Create Trip are now available on iPhone • Clearer trip status and filter layouts, newest-first history, and correct app version info • Fixed an error when pulling to refresh notifications

This update adds automatic flight tracking. Operators can tap “Follow this flight” on an airport trip, and the driver, rider, and office get automatic updates about delays, early arrivals or departures, and landing.

This update brings a smoother experience for drivers and operators: • The trip button now reads “En Route,” and every past trip shows a full timestamped history (en route, pickup, drop-off). • Tap any wallet transaction to see that trip’s details and earnings breakdown. • A connectivity check on launch makes sure your trips always load — no more blank lists when you’re briefly offline. • Maps now open by address for more accurate navigation. • Tap a customer’s number to Call, Text, or open in-app Chat. • Trips now show payment details (cash, card, or prepaid) and tips.

This update improves sign-up for returning customers: if we already have your phone number, we simply verify it by text and update your details — no duplicate accounts and no extra prompts. It also fixes trip creation on the iPad operator dashboard and refines the iPad experience for operators, with a live drivers map, an earnings wallet, and one-tap trip creation.

iPad support for operators: a dedicated iPad dashboard with a live drivers map, an earnings wallet, and one-tap trip creation. Stability improvements.
