YOUR GAME. MEASURED. STRIQ turns rebounder practice into clear, repeatable progress. Mount your phone on a rebounder, start a session, and let the app detect every strike — no extra sensors, no complicated setup. HOW IT WORKS • Place your phone on the rebounder frame (a MagSafe-compatible mount is recommended for best results) • Choose a training mode and hit start • STRIQ uses your phone’s motion sensors to register strikes automatically • Review hits, streaks, timing, and session history when you’re done TRAINING MODES • Counter — unlimited time; count every hit and push your volume • Timed — race the clock and max your strikes in 30 seconds to 5 minutes • Reaction — respond to coloured cues; hit on green and amber, hold on red • Rhythm — strike in time with the metronome; scored on timing accuracy BUILT FOR REAL PRACTICE • Strike detection tuned for rebounders — calibrate sensitivity for your mount and surface • Smart hybrid detection — optional audio assist when vibration pickup is unreliable • Foot tracking — optional front-camera view labels left and right touches in real time • Activity — charts, milestones, and session history so you can spot trends over time • Groups & link devices — train with friends across multiple rebounders in Reaction mode • Share-ready session cards and profile customisation Train anywhere you can set up a rebounder. Short sessions, measurable reps, progress you can actually see.
