AI Gym Workout Planner: AGUNA
Personal Trainer & Meal Plan
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Walk into the gym knowing exactly what to do. AGUNA plans your workout and your meals every day, so there is nothing to figure out and nobody to ask.
Built for beginners and gym introverts. No trainer watching you, no guessing what a machine does, no copying random workouts off social media.
YOUR WORKOUT, ALREADY PLANNED
• A full session picked for your goal, named and timed, with a moving 3D illustration of every exercise and the muscles it works.
• A video form guide on every exercise, so you see the movement before you do it.
• The exact weight and reps for every set. Hit them and AGUNA puts the weight up next time, so progressive overload happens without you working it out.
• A calm voice talks you through each set and times your rest.
QUIET CORNER MODE
Gym packed or someone camped on your machine? One tap swaps the rest of today's session for dumbbell, bench and floor moves you can do in a quiet corner. Same muscles, same sets. One more tap brings your machines back the moment they are free.
SNAP YOUR PLATE TO COUNT CALORIES
Take a photo of your meal and AGUNA counts the calories and macros for you. Or tap "I ate this" on any planned meal. Your day adds up on its own.
MEALS YOU ACTUALLY EAT
A full day of meals with calories, macros and the recipe, in food from where you live. Menus cover every region, from West African and Caribbean to Latin American, Middle Eastern, South Asian and East Asian.
TRACKING THAT ADDS UP
Every session and every set is saved. Weight moved, your week and your month side by side. Steps, sleep and body weight sync from Apple Health, so it is one picture instead of five apps. Points and streaks reward you for showing up, and reminders land at the right time: workout in the morning, meals at meal times, water through the day.
MADE FOR GYM INTROVERTS
Train on your own terms, quietly, with a plan in your pocket.

more Love that I can switch equipments when the gym’s packed mid session in one tap without needing to restart or quit my session for the day ,makes a big difference and saves me time at the gym, haven’t seen this anywhere else
Developer Response Thank you Benita. That feature came straight out of the problem our founder kept running into: a packed gym and no idea what to do next. Nobody should lose a session over it. Glad it is saving you time. The AGUNA team

Dark mode: AGUNA follows your iPhone, or pick Light or Dark in Profile. AGUNA is on Apple Watch: today's workout, steps, points and meals on your wrist, and during a workout your set and rest timer. A cleaner look with flat colours and one font, and your 3D coach on the Workout and Meals loading screens.
1.0.51 Oct 11
Step banners: pass 5,000, 10,000 steps and more and AGUNA tells you, even with the app closed. 90 minutes after each meal, a reminder asks what you ate so you can snap your plate. It stops once you log it. Plus a walk reminder after lunch. Switch each one on or off in Settings. Subscription plans now show even when the App Store is slow.
Exercise guides now play as a moving video, and your coach tells you to follow it. Your profile icon now matches you. Tapping Home always opens Home. If a purchase can't be confirmed, the app checks again with Apple. The tab bar sits lower, out of your way.
1.0.50 Oct 10
A new glass look across the app. Your coach now stands with you during workouts: tap it and it talks you through a tip. A shorter, friendlier start, with your first week shown before you begin. Now in French, German and Italian. Plus fixes to the free first workout and the food scan.
1.0.48 Oct 6
The meal sticker on your calorie scan now peels off under your finger. Share cards now show the App Store and Google Play badges. Plus small fixes.
1.0.45 Oct 2
New: the photo calorie tracker. Snap your plate and AGUNA finds each food, works out the portion, and your coach writes down the calories, protein, carbs and fat. Pick how much you had and one tap logs it. Then your coach makes a sticker of your meal: pull it apart to see every food as its own layer, or copy it into your story.
Share it: every snapped meal comes with a ready-to-post video, "Watch my coach count my calories", and Share my plate turns your plate card into a picture for your story.
A new look, a shorter start and a clearer plan.
Every icon in the app is now a 3D illustration, and they move: the flame flickers, the bell rings, the weights lift. No more emoji.
Meal cards show what is on the plate: the main food and the one beside it, on every menu for every country.
Gold buttons, labels and cards have a new polished gold finish.
Your coach and the buildings your workouts put up were redrawn in 3D.
Reminders now carry their own icon.
The interview is down to 13 questions, so you reach your plan sooner. Each goal has its own icon, and your plan names every goal you pick.
The plan screen was rebuilt: your goals, your first week day by day beside your coach, and the street your workouts build. A monthly plan now sits beside the yearly one.
Buttons at the top of the screen no longer sit under the clock.
Miss a planned workout and you get one reminder that evening: the building your next workout puts up, and how close your next plate is.
The meditating woman is back on the rest screen.
Share your steps: your day drawn as a gold trail with footprints along it, plus your step count, active hours and best hour.
Share stickers are sharper over photos and videos, with bigger labels and 3D dumbbells, and a Copy button pastes one straight into your story.
Meal reminders show both foods on the plate, points from steps drop into a chest on Home, every plate color spins in, and the progress card after a workout shows in full.
Your steps card now has a blue and gold running shoe on it.
The moon on the wind-down reminder now faces the right way.
Your morning check-in now arrives at 5:30 AM. A workout you built keeps its own name in reminders and on Home. The rest timer ring and the last few gold details now have the polished gold finish.
Small fixes throughout.

The exercise guide keeps moving on every iPhone now, whatever your motion settings say. You should not be looking at a still picture while you are trying to copy a movement in the gym.
Building your own workout now has Legs as one choice, instead of asking you to pick quads, hamstrings and glutes separately.
An exercise you add yourself now gets the same rep range as the rest of your plan, and the ones already saved with the wrong range have been put right.
The Dumbbell Row guide had its two pictures the wrong way round. Fixed.
1.0.40 Sep 21
Saving a workout or meal card to your photos works again. If Photos is switched off for AGUNA, the app now says so and takes you straight to the setting.
The finished building stays fully on screen at the end of a session, however many personal records you set.
Change your training days, your goals or your meals and your reminders update right away, instead of waiting until you next open Home.
1.0.39 Sep 15
Your workout now builds something you can look at. Every few sets a building goes up, and the buildings grow from a plot into a street, an estate, a town, a city. The whole thing is on your Trackers screen.
Points now land with a sound.
And your sets save the moment you log them, so leaving the gym before the last screen no longer loses the weights you did.
1.0.36 Sep 13
If a payment does not go through, AGUNA now tells you what actually happened and what to do next, instead of one blank error. And if your Apple Account already has the subscription, it restores itself instead of asking you to buy it again.
1.0.35 Sep 8
Deleting your account now tells you what you are about to lose.
• If you have a plan, or free access we gave you, the confirmation now says it belongs to this account and cannot be moved to a new one.
• It also says that signing in again afterwards gives you a brand new account with nothing on it.
• If you are stuck rather than leaving, the screen points you to Contact Support first, so we can fix it instead.
1.0.34 Sep 8
Everything you set now follows your account, not one phone.
• Your reminder times are saved to your account. Set them once and they are there on any phone you sign in on, already switched on.
• Changes you make to a workout or a meal are saved to your account too, so reinstalling the app no longer loses them.
• The kitchen you choose in Meals is remembered, so you are never put back on the one you picked when you signed up.
• On a rest day, the week no longer marks a day you did not choose.
1.0.33 Sep 7
You can now change any workout. Swap an exercise for another one, take one out, add one, move them around, and set your own sets and reps. Your version is what runs in the gym, every week, until you change it back.
You can build your own workout too. Pick the muscles you want to train and we build the session for you. It joins your workout list and works like the rest of them.
You can also say what each day of your week trains. Change any day to a different workout, or to one you built yourself. Your reminders and your home screen follow what you picked.
Meals work the same way now. Swap a meal for another one on your menu, take one out, or add food of your own. What you type stays exactly as you typed it.
Bodyweight exercises like pull-ups and dips now run at 10 to 20 reps. Weighted exercises run at 6 to 10. Your bodyweight sets are saved as well, so the app remembers how many you did last time and you have a number to beat.
The main lift on each training day now stays the same from week to week, so you can keep adding weight to it. The exercises after it still change.
1.0.32 Sep 5
No changes to the app this time. We updated the screenshots on this App Store page so they match what you actually see when you open AGUNA.
1.0.31 Sep 4
Creator codes now do what they say. Enter one and the app tells you exactly what it did, and if your code includes free access it switches it on right away.
We also fixed two ways a code could mislead you. One where it looked saved but had not been. One where a real code was called invalid when your connection had simply dropped.
1.0.30 Sep 3
Subscribing works properly now.
Some people tapped Unlock and the payment sheet never came up, it just sat there. That is fixed. If we cannot reach your account for a moment, the app now says so right away instead of leaving you waiting, and nothing is charged.
Tap again and it goes through.
1.0.29 Sep 2
A few small things.
The summary at the end of setup now shows the week and the month you are about to start tracking.
The intro walkthrough can be replayed, and it finishes on your own month rather than an example.
And a fix underneath so your join date is recorded properly from the first day.
1.0.28 Sep 1
Small fixes this time.
Your week and month comparison on the Progress screen is easier to read.
Opening the referral code field no longer jumps the page around.
And a fix so a subscription is confirmed the moment it goes through.
1.0.27 Aug 30
See your week and your month.
Trackers now has a Progress screen. It counts the workouts you did, the weight you moved and the sets you logged, for the week or for the month, and turns them into a card you can put straight on an Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok story. There is a full card, and a see-through sticker to paste over your own gym photo. It also tells you how that compares with the week or month before.
Meal reminders now open the meal they name.
Tap the dinner reminder and you land on dinner, not at the top of the Meals page with a scroll ahead of you. Breakfast and lunch work the same way.
Weights now arrive in the unit your gym uses. Pounds in the US and Canada, kilograms everywhere else. You can still set it yourself in Trackers.
Home and Profile open faster. They were asking the server for the same information up to seven times on one load. Now they ask once.
If something is wrong, write to support@aguna.app. We read every message.
1.0.26 Aug 28
Your weights now move properly.
The jump gets bigger as you get stronger. A light squat still goes up a little. A heavy one goes up a lot. Nothing ever steps up by less than it used to.
If you do far more reps than the plan asked for, AGUNA adds real weight instead of the same small amount. A low first guess no longer costs you a month of training.
Pull-ups, dips and the ab work stop asking for one more rep forever. Once you clear the top, the app names the way to make that movement harder: a belt, a plate, a higher box, or the next movement up.
The price now reads per workout, in your own currency.
The reminder on Home is one line instead of a card, and the paywall scrolls the way every other screen does.
Anything wrong, write to support@aguna.app. King reads every one.
1.0.25 Aug 24
Your points on Home now show everything you earned today — step points, your workout bonus and streak rewards — with a line showing where they came from.
1.0.24 Aug 18
• Fixed: reminders had stopped arriving — workouts, meals, water, sleep, check-ins and streak warnings all went quiet. They now schedule properly again, and nothing needs re-enabling.
• New: a quick tour before you start. Before the first question, AGUNA shows you the real app: the workout already waiting, a packed gym, a machine taken, the timed rest, the finish, your meals and your charts. Watch it or skip it.
• The coach now actually writes — the pen moves, ink appears on the page and the sheets fall away as your plan comes together.
• Rest between sets is now a full 3 minutes, so you recover properly before the next one. You can still skip ahead 30 seconds in.
• A gentle nudge toward workout #1: finish setting up your plan and AGUNA will remind you the next day, and once more on day 3, until your first session is in. The reminders stop for good the moment you complete it.
• Fixed: a bug that could quietly cancel streak warnings and plan reminders in the first days of each month.
• Fixed: your daily reminders now match your real plan as soon as you finish setting it up, instead of taking hours to catch up.
• Fixed: after you finish a workout, Home takes you straight to your share card instead of back through the workout list.
• Fixed: Contact Support now emails support@aguna.app. It had been opening a chat with a different company entirely.
• Polish: the coach writes as you answer instead of scribbling non-stop, the flexing animation no longer flashes white between frames, and the intro's meal screen is no longer cropped.
• Fixed: no check-in on your rest days. The plan tells you to rest, so AGUNA now leaves you alone instead of asking why it hasn't seen you.
1.0.23 Aug 16
• Streak saver: if your streak is about to break, AGUNA now warns you in the evening while there is still time to save it with one workout or 8,000 steps before midnight. It knows your rest days and stays quiet on them. New toggle and time in Settings.
• Faster everywhere: Home, Workout, Meals, Trackers and Profile all load noticeably quicker.
• A new animated welcome screen: our mascot and the AGUNA lettering greet you while the app starts.
• New users now answer the plan interview and see pricing before creating an account.
• Sharper share cards: your workout and meal cards now render at twice the resolution, with bolder type, cleaner shadows, and a new crossed-dumbbells mark in your plate colour. Meal cards now show the day's calories on the plate.
• Fixed: your consistency standing on Profile now always shows your real weeks.
1.0.22 Aug 14
• Tapping your morning workout reminder now opens today's workout right away — no more flash of yesterday's session.
• Your Workout Complete screen now sticks around: switch apps, take your gym pic, come back and share your stats.
1.0.21 Aug 12
Your coach got smarter:
• Plans now shape themselves around your goal — abs, glutes, or bigger arms
• New machine guides: hip thrust, leg extension, back extension, decline sit-up — plus a dedicated arms day
• Every set you log now saves, and your numbers stay with each exercise
• The rest-is-over alert cuts through Focus and drops you back on your set
• Sessions stay under 7 exercises — effective, never draining
• Fixes and polish throughout
