Make room for Scripture in your day.
Catholic Daily Scripture brings a daily Scripture passage and reflection into a quiet space for prayer. The new Altar Today design pairs warm cream and gold with a gentle night theme and colors inspired by the liturgical seasons.
READ AND REFLECT
Read the daily passage, open the reflection sheet, and explore devotional references and saint commemorations. Move between dates or return to today. Listen with your device’s text-to-speech voice and save favorite passages.
KEEP A PRAYER JOURNAL
Write your reflections and return to your saved entries. Journal entries, favorites, and reading preferences are stored on your device. No account is required.
MAKE IT YOURS
Choose English or Spanish, adjust the text size, switch between day and night themes, and set an optional daily reading reminder. Share a passage when you choose.
Devotional content is included in the app for offline reading. Ads and some device services require an internet connection. The app includes advertising; see the privacy policy and store privacy details for information about the advertising SDK.
Scripture selections and calendar references are curated for devotion. They are not a verified daily Mass lectionary, and celebrations and readings may vary by year and location.
