The sale happens in Salesforce rather than syncing into it afterwards, so the order and the payment are on the customer record the moment you finish. This app is a companion to Eposly POS. It requires an active Eposly subscription and a compatible Eposly POS version in your Salesforce org. BUILD THE ORDER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER Find products in your Salesforce catalogue or use built-in barcode scanning. Check stock as you add items, configure products and bundles, and apply the pricing and discounts for the sale. GIVE CUSTOMERS MORE WAYS TO PAY Accept cash, cards, gift cards and other supported payment methods. Take a deposit, split a payment across methods or process a refund against the original order. For cash payments, enter the amount received and see how much change to give. ARRANGE FULFILMENT AS YOU SELL Set delivery or collection, capture the delivery address and add order notes while you are helping the customer. FIND AN ORDER WHEN YOU NEED IT Search and filter existing orders to check the details and payment status while answering a customer's question. SHARE AN IPAD ACROSS YOUR TEAM Switch between staff with individual PIN logins, so each person can use their own login on a shared device. THE SALE HAPPENS IN SALESFORCE The order and the payment are created in Salesforce as you complete the sale, not copied in later. Your team can use them straight away in reports, automation and the workflows that follow. GETTING STARTED You need an iPad, an active Eposly subscription, a compatible Eposly POS managed package installed in your Salesforce org, and a Salesforce user account with access to Eposly.
