The cashier app for WHAOLOYALTY merchants: scan a customer's wallet loyalty card, add stamps or points and redeem rewards in one tap, all logged by cashier and branch. WHAOLOYALTY is the cashier app for store owners and their staff to run digital loyalty cards at the point of sale. Your customers keep their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with no app to download. You scan it with this app and record the visit in seconds. FAST SCANNING • Point the camera at the QR code on the customer's card to open it instantly. • Customer forgot their phone? Search by phone number or card code. STAMP CARDS • Add one or more stamps in a single tap. • See cycle progress and how many rewards are ready to redeem. • Redeem a reward right from the card. POINTS CARDS • Enter the invoice amount in SAR and the app calculates the points based on your program. • Withdraw points on redemption, with the available balance shown. FULL LOG FOR OWNERS • Every operation is recorded: stamps, points, redeemed rewards and new customer sign-ups. • See who did it, at which branch, and when. BRANCHES AND STAFF • A separate login for every cashier. • Pick a branch and every operation is recorded on it. Available in Arabic and English. Note: this app is for store owners and their staff, and requires a WHAOLOYALTY merchant account. Design your loyalty program and add your staff from the dashboard at whaoloyalty.com.
