Every day you show up earns XP. Miss a day and your streak breaks. Keep going and you climb from Starter all the way to Ascended.
HOW IT WORKS
Log your daily goals, track your workouts, and record your spending. Ascend combines everything into one Daily Score (0–100) and awards XP based on your performance. The more consistent you are, the faster you rise.

Your tier isn't given — it's earned through sustained effort over time.
