Less screen, Detox, Fast
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Reclaim your attention, master your time, and break free from digital noise—together.
Digital Fasting is a revolutionary digital wellness tool that turns screen-time management into a collaborative, shared journey. By combining Apple’s advanced Screen Time (Family Controls) API with a unique, team-driven approach to focus, Digital Fasting helps you and your friends build indestructible digital habits.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. DEFINE YOUR FAST: Set custom schedules, choose your fasting duration, and configure your cooldown grace periods.
2. SHIELD DISTRACTIONS: Seamlessly lock distracting apps, social media, and games using system-level shields. No bypasses, no cheats.
3. JOIN FASTING CIRCLES: Fast synchronously with friends, coworkers, or accountability partners. When the circle fasts, everyone focuses.
4. SYNCHRONIZED BREAKS: Enjoy earned breaks together. Your app shields will unlock automatically when the entire circle enters a scheduled break window.
5. DEEP INSIGHTS: Track your streaks, review analytical breakdowns of your weekly progress, and watch your concentration index soar.
KEY FEATURES:
• Group Accountability (Fasting Circles): See who is fasting in real-time. Transparent group dynamics ensure everyone stays committed.
• System-Level Shielding: Employs Apple's official Screen Time API to block distracting apps securely and safely without compromising user privacy.
• Flexible Offline Mode: Lose internet connection? Your fast state transitions seamlessly to a localized individual fast, protecting your streak.
• Premium Upgrades: Unlock unlimited active circles, advanced custom scheduling templates, and comprehensive analytical insights with our 7-day free trial.
Built with premium performance, beautiful dark-mode glassmorphic styling, and absolute respect for your privacy (we never see your personal app data).
Take the leap. Start your Digital Fasting journey today and focus on what truly matters.
