• Book reservations through Tavra’s native reservation system, check requested times against availability and pacing rules, and offer nearby alternatives when a requested slot is full.
• Run item-level Upsell rules so Tavra can make one concise, restaurant-configured paid add-on offer after the required item choices are handled.
• Answer the questions that constantly interrupt service, including hours, directions, parking and accessibility, current waits, dietary and allergy questions, large parties, private events, catering, gift cards, loyalty programs, lost and found, complaints, jobs, and events.
• Help protect the kitchen with Kitchen Capacity Guard, including estimated kitchen load, projected pickup waits, recommended ticket times, and an Emergency Stop for new Tavra phone orders when the kitchen needs breathing room.
• Respect what is actually available. The 86 Board lets staff mark menu items or ingredients unavailable so callers are not sold something the kitchen cannot make.
• Route callers to the right person, capture voicemail when needed, and keep call logs, food orders, reservations, wait status, ticket times, and other restaurant operations organized in one place.
