Game Rules
- Hong Kong 13-tile Mahjong
- 4 players (1 human + 3 AI)
- Standard 144-tile set (with 8 flower tiles)
- Chow, Pong, Kong (exposed/concealed/added)
- Default 3-faan minimum, 10-faan maximum
- Doubling formula: base score x 2 to the power of faan
- Dealer self-draw: all three opponents pay; non-dealer self-draw: dealer pays double
