The IFRA check is where you need it now. On a saved formula it sits beside Add to Created and Overview, turning red with a count the moment something needs fixing, instead of waiting inside a menu. You can also check a formula against IFRA limits from the inventory check screen, before you spend a single credit. A formula you pick from Mix carries its name with it, so the report and the save sheet show what it's called rather than a count of ingredients. The app now follows your device's light and dark setting instead of ignoring it. Tap the appearance button in the header to fix it to light or dark instead. The app icon has proper dark and tinted versions for your home screen.

A new Formula tab: start with AI assisted creation, build a formula by hand, import one from a file, or check a formula you've already saved against your inventory. A formula you're part-way through is now kept for you. Leave the app mid-build and it's waiting when you come back. The IFRA check recognises more of what's on your shelf: supplier grade names no longer stop a material being identified, and a grade sold furocoumarin-free is sent to "check by hand" instead of being flagged. Checked formulas now save exactly as written. The amounts always come from your formula, never re-typed by the AI; the same material at different dilutions is combined into one line at the right strength; and anything unusual — an amount that isn't in your file, mixed units, an odd substitute blend — is shown to you before you spend credits or save. Also: the IFRA limit check is a button right on the formula you're building, and a few pointers now introduce the tabs the first time you open the app.

IFRA safety check. Build a formula and check every material against IFRA's published Standards, on device, free, with no network needed. It shows what is over a limit, what to verify by hand, and what it could not recognise - it will never tell you a formula is "compliant". Create and Check are now one Formula tab, which puts Inventory and Shopping List back on the tab bar instead of behind "More". New text-size control on iPad and Mac, and fixes for layouts that were clipped on iPad in portrait.
