Kilometra – Fahrtenbuch

Only for iPhone

iPhone
Kilometra records your trips in the background and works out which deduction method pays off for you.
FOR SWISS SOLE TRADERS
If you drive for business, you have to prove it. Kilometra detects your trips through your iPhone and records them. No notebook, no spreadsheet in January.
AUTOMATIC TRIP DETECTION
The app detects trips using GPS and motion sensors and records distance, start and destination. Start and end are not always accurate to the minute, so you briefly review your trips and mark them as business or private. Every correction is logged, as the Swiss Federal Tax Administration requires for electronic logbooks.
MILEAGE LOG AS PDF
At year end Kilometra produces your mileage log as a PDF with all the details the tax office requires, for all 26 cantons. Optionally sent straight to your accountant.
FLAT RATE OR ACTUAL COST? KILOMETRA DOES THE MATH
The flat rate is not always the better deal. Kilometra compares both methods using your numbers and shows you which one wins, before you commit.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Private trips are stored without an address. Receipt photos never leave your phone. Servers and database are located in the EU (Frankfurt), no transfer to the United States.
