Smart office break reminders

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Plan better coffee breaks with flexible reminders, meaningful goals, premium sounds, and a friendly Team mode. Simple, private, and account-free. Make space for a better break. TeamCoffee is a simple and polished reminder app designed for people who spend their day at a desk and want to pause, recharge, and reconnect with their team. Choose your ideal coffee break time, select the days you work, and set an intended duration of 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Give every break a purpose by choosing Recharge, Team, Walk, or Focus. Personalize your reminder with the iPhone default sound, TeamCoffee’s built-in alert tones, a custom sound imported from Files, or a silent notification. KEY FEATURES • Recurring weekly coffee break reminders • Custom break time and workdays • 5, 10, or 15-minute break durations • Recharge, Team, Walk, and Focus goals • Built-in premium notification sounds • Custom sounds imported from Files • Silent notification option • Team mode with coworker-friendly messages • Clear and accessible interface • No account, no feed, and no unnecessary complexity TeamCoffee uses local notifications and stores your preferences directly on your device. Team mode changes the wording of your local reminder but does not automatically contact or invite your coworkers. Take a moment. Come back better.

A fresh start for TeamCoffee. This update introduces a redesigned opening experience with an animated splash screen, stronger visual hierarchy, refined cards and controls, and improved layouts across iPhone and iPad. We also improved the Italian and Spanish experience while keeping break scheduling fast and simple.
