Major stability fix: • Fixed the root cause of the freezes, crashes-after-editing, and slow-down over time. The sync engine no longer overwhelms iOS with rapid preference writes, so the app stays responsive and no longer gets killed by the system watchdog. • Removed two internal helpers that were causing crashes on real academy data. • Edits, deletes, and additions now save reliably and sync to every device without the coordinator being interrupted. • Everything you rely on — schedule, memberships, members, coaches, dashboard, cross-branch member move, attendance, capacity warnings — is unchanged.

Reliability fixes: • Resolved a background sync issue where the app could freeze after a minute of use, even while idle. Cloud requests now time out cleanly instead of piling up, and stuck deletes drop out after a few retries instead of blocking the app forever. • Court assignments in the General Schedule now settle correctly — memberships no longer appear in "Needs a court" if a free court is actually available. Sessions from concurrent edits are automatically reshuffled to open courts.

Performance & reliability: • Deletes are now permanent — memberships, sessions, members, coaches, and comments stay gone across every device, even if the network drops mid-delete. • Fixed the "app freezes on real data" issue — cold start, schedule tab, and dashboard now stay responsive under real academy load. Heavy sync work runs off the main thread with yields so the UI never locks up. • Over-scheduled slots (more groups than courts at the same hour) now surface in a "Needs a court" section instead of being hidden. • Editing a session no longer un-confirms it silently. • Duplicate group cards from simultaneous edits are collapsed to one deterministically. • Cross-device propagation of coach assignments and schedule confirmations is under 200 ms.

Schedule improvements: • Deleting a schedule entry now stays deleted — no more reappearing after a sync. • Editing an existing session no longer silently un-confirms it — the confirmation stays intact. • Duplicate group cards from concurrent editing are collapsed automatically. New capacity safeguards: • When you add or edit a membership that would exceed the branch's court count at that hour, a warning shows which days would be over-scheduled — with the option to save anyway. • If a slot is over-scheduled, the extra groups appear in a "Needs a court" section at the bottom of the day so nothing is hidden. Cross-branch member moves: • New "Move to another branch" link under the Membership section on a member's detail sheet — opens a page where you pick the target branch from a dropdown, then tap a membership at that branch to move the member. Faster + smoother: • Cross-device schedule confirms now propagate in about 200 ms via faster realtime debounce. • Cold start UI appears in about a second and syncs in the background.

Fixes and refinements: • The "hours used" total on the Day and Month schedule now only counts confirmed sessions. • Attendance checkmarks now stay checked and sync across every device — no more disappearing. • Adding or editing a membership, member, or member's group type is instant and no longer freezes the app. • Coach dashboards now show every session you've been assigned — confirmed or tentative — with total assigned hours and the members in each group. • Coach name matching is more forgiving: partial matches to your account username work automatically.
