Stay signed in Plantilla no longer signs you out on its own. Once you're in, you stay in until you choose to sign out. We also fixed the white screen and endless spinner some of you hit after signing out. Time clock, your way Turn the time clock on for everyone, for nobody, or only for the people you pick. Set clock-in rules: allow or block clocking in without a shift, choose how early or late is acceptable, and add a geofence so people can only clock in on site (with per-person exceptions). Managers get a Team Entries view to review, correct, or close out time entries, and the roster now shows who else is clocked in. Smarter scheduling Set staffing targets per department and see "5 of 8 needed" counts right on the calendar. Group the schedule by position, switch to a compact view that fits more on screen, and add open shifts or time off directly from a calendar cell. Overtime, missed-break, and out-of-hours alerts now have distinct badges so you can tell them apart at a glance. Managers can edit team members' profiles and positions for the people they manage. Announcements Search your announcements, pin a channel to the top, and scope channels to roles so a post reaches all managers or all employees in one step. Notifications can be limited to only your departments. Appointments A customer email is now optional. Add one and they get a confirmation; leave it blank and nothing is sent. What's new in 1.3 • Time clock, your way — turn it on for everyone, off, or just for the people you choose. Payroll and attendance follow each person automatically. • Smarter assistant — ask "Who's off next week?", "How many hours did Jeff actually work?", or "How many attendance points do I have?". It can now message a coworker for you (with your OK first), knows which page you're on, and you can rate each answer. • Search that finds people first — type a name and the person is at the top, apostrophes and all. Tap a shift result to jump straight to it on the schedule. • Redesigned My Attendance for employees — clear status, progress toward warnings, and an easy-to-read points policy. • Managers can log "Left early" alongside Late and No-show, and employee names in Attendance link to their profile. • Stay signed in — the app no longer signs you out unless you sign out yourself. • Accounts Payable improvements (purchase-order autofill, multi-document packets). • Faster and lighter: fewer background requests, quicker page loads, and a long list of fixes.
