Activate Night Mode before bed. That's the only step you need to take.
Noctis quietly monitors your activity. It watches for the signals that
appear right before you fall asleep — you stop scrolling, you stop moving,
your phone goes still. When the pattern is clear, Noctis acts.
Before locking anything, it sends you a notification: "Are you asleep? Tap
to stay awake." If you don't respond within 5 minutes, your selected apps
are blocked through Apple's Screen Time. Screen stays dark. Battery stays
full. Data stays saved.
In the morning, everything unlocks automatically. Your phone is ready when
you are.
