This update starts with a fix: if Watchman wouldn't open after you moved to iOS 27, it opens again now. Sorry about that, and thanks for your patience. Your filter also comes back on by itself now. If your phone restarts, updates, or drops the connection, Watchman turns protection back on without you having to open the app. Setting up is simpler too. A new "Set up protection" checklist walks you through the filter, Screen Time and Safari in one place, and Safari accountability now takes a single trip to Settings. We added Report and Block to private messages and church chat. If someone crosses a line, you can flag it and the B.O.L.D. team will look at it. You can also block him so you stop hearing from him. Packs now have a check-in board that shows everyone's week and streaks together, and leaders can look at several packs at once. We also made the chat menus work better with VoiceOver and fixed a handful of smaller things. Thanks for walking this road with us.

Watchman 1.3 is our biggest update yet. SAFARI ACCOUNTABILITY • Watchman can now check what you view in Safari, right on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded: no screenshots, no web addresses. • If explicit or suggestive content is detected, your pack and spouse get a simple alert with the category and time, never the image. • Your pack is told if Safari's private browsing is used, or if accountability is turned off. • One tap opens the exact Settings page you need to finish setup. BLOCKING AND FILTER CONTROLS • Block apps (Watchman+): choose apps to lock while your filter is on. Which apps you block stays private. • Filter settings: block gambling, dating, or social media alongside adult content, and set SafeSearch. • Block any website: sites you add are saved and blocked right away. Removing one requires your passcode. • Screenshots and screen recordings are blocked inside Watchman to protect your brothers' privacy. FOR PACKS AND CHURCHES • Church invite links: leaders can invite men with a link or QR code. • Private messages between church leaders and their members. • Leaders can view check-in history by date range or by member. • Leaders can mark a member as a minor. Minors don't see prayer requests or other men's check-in notes. • BOLD Coach cards connect church leaders with their coaches. ENCOURAGEMENT • After a hard day, the next morning brings a word of grace instead of questions. Plus many reliability fixes, including a stronger filter that restarts itself if it is ever interrupted.

This update improves the accuracy of Watchman's content filter, cutting down on false alerts for everyday websites while keeping protection strong. We also fixed an issue where a partner-set passcode couldn't stop the filter, and improved how the app detects when protection has been turned off outside the app.

This update makes Watchman steadier and faster for every man in the pack: • Fixed a startup issue that kept the app from opening on some older iPhones • New members now land in a welcome group and hear from a leader right away • Team chat and check-ins are more dependable, with notifications that arrive when they should • Faster, smoother reading for devotionals and the workbook • Behind-the-scenes improvements to subscriptions and stability

Stronger protection, faster accountability, and a simpler way to bring your wife in. • Instant pack alerts — when the filter blocks adult content, your pack is notified within seconds, even if the app is closed. Alerts now name the brother so you know who to reach out to. • A better block screen — attempts to open a blocked site in Safari now show a Watchman screen with encouragement and Scripture instead of a generic error. • Pack alerts on the Team tab — today's setbacks, prayer requests, and filter alerts in one place. Resets every morning so each day starts with a clean slate. • Self-paced workbook — go one day at a time, at your speed. Join a pack any time and start from Day 1. • Invite your wife with one link — share a single link; she installs the app, creates her account, and your accounts link automatically. She can also enter a code any time from Profile or Partners. • Simpler sign-up — no email confirmation step; you're in immediately. • One daily check-in reminder — only if you haven't checked in yet that day. • Report a Bug from Profile, plus fixes for workbook errors and duplicate alerts.
