The framework's hypothesis is now published in Frontiers in Immunology. The app reads your night against it, and says so plainly when it could not.
Most wellness apps are trying to sell you something. This one is not.
The Biological Reboot is the companion app to Dr. Andrew Caravello's book of the same name. It turns the book's framework into a calm, private daily practice: one honest read of how your body is recovering, and the single most useful thing you can do about it today.
The idea is simple. Your immune system runs on instruction, not volume. The signal that keeps it in everyday surveillance can go quiet with age, and a quieted signal can often be turned back. It is speech, not fuel. This app helps you read that signal and support it, foundation first.
THE DAILY READ
Open the app for your Reboot Score: a four-arm read of how your body is recovering, drawn from HRV, sleep architecture, baseline inflammation, and daily lifestyle. It calibrates to your own pattern over about four days, not population averages.
TODAY'S ONE MOVE
Instead of a to-do pile, the app surfaces the one highest-leverage, reversible lever for today. Foundation first, always.
APPLE HEALTH, READ-ONLY
Reads sleep, HRV (shown as a direction, never a raw number), resting heart rate, deep sleep, cardio fitness, and steps. It never writes anything back.
THE MAP
Twenty-two molecular locks across five families (Inflammatory, Metabolic, Structural, Resource, Output). Your supplements, medications, and lifestyle light up the locks they touch. The goal is coverage, not a perfect score.
DAILY PROTOCOLS AND INPUTS
Specific, cited, practical guidance: coffee and chlorogenic acid, a consistent sleep window and the overnight peak in deep sleep, breath and vagal tone, movement, and social connection.
THE FULL BOOK, OFFLINE
123 daily lessons and the complete text of The Biological Reboot, readable offline. The book becomes a practice you return to a few minutes at a time.
OPTIONAL ASSISTANT (BRING YOUR OWN KEY)
Paste your own Anthropic API key and ask questions in plain language. Attach a photo of a supplement label or a lab result and get the framework's honest read. It runs only when you ask, on your key.
STACK AND SAFETY
Track your supplements and medications, and the app flags interactions and safety cautions.
NO ONE IS SELLING YOU ANYTHING
We are not trying to sell you supplements, and the app is comfortable telling you a product is not worth it and to keep your money. Lifestyle before supplement, every time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-up. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Everything is computed on your device. Apple Health access is read-only. The optional assistant contacts Anthropic only when you choose to ask, using your own key. There is no subscription and nothing to unlock.
WHO IT IS FOR
People navigating fatigue or low energy, brain fog, perimenopause or HRT, GLP-1 medications, muscle loss, or inflammation. People with a family history who care about immune surveillance. People sorting a supplement stack to tell what works from what does not. People who feel dismissed and want clearer direction through the wellness noise.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The Biological Reboot is a wellness and education tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a licensed professional. Talk to your clinician before making changes to medications or supplements.
Turn the book into a daily read. Find the one move that matters. Keep your money and your privacy.
Ratings & Reviews
This update focuses on accuracy, safety, and making the app easier to use.
Today's read now has its own place in the menu, with last night's score on the row itself, so it no longer sits behind the Apple Health screen. The hours-slept field also states plainly whether an entry has been saved, instead of implying a typed number is already in use.
Readings now distinguish complete, partial, and unavailable data. Missing signals no longer produce a full score, and history comparisons appear only when the underlying data are comparable.
Stack guidance now follows the catalog's profile-specific pregnancy, trying-to-conceive, and breastfeeding holds and cautions. Book-backed entries such as creatine and rapamycin resolve correctly, and each Stack row more clearly explains what opens when you tap it.
The Map starts with practical priorities and makes the detailed framework easier to navigate. Onboarding, menus, sheets, and touch targets were tightened across small iPhones and larger text settings.
Ask is more reliable, shows a no-key sample, explains Anthropic usage costs, and discloses the exact on-device context sent when you choose to ask. The app remains local-first and has no subscription, in-app purchase, analytics, or advertising.
The Learn and Settings surfaces now link to the published peer-reviewed Hypothesis and Theory paper underlying the framework while clearly separating the framework's hypotheses from what a phone or watch can measure.
