Live facial images captured through the device camera during the identity verification process.
Facial feature vectors/templates generated from the captured image for face matching and liveness verification.
Liveness verification results and confidence scores.
Verification status (e.g., Passed/Failed).
The app does not collect face data for advertising, profiling, marketing, analytics, or user tracking purposes.

Face data is used exclusively for:
Identity verification.
Liveness detection to confirm that a real person is present during verification.
Face matching against the user's previously enrolled identity record.

No. Face data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics purposes.
Face data is stored within our AWS cloud infrastructure and is only used for identity verification and security purposes by our organization.
4. Where is face data stored?
Captured face images and related verification records are securely stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 storage.
All data is encrypted during transmission and stored with restricted access controls.
5. How long is face data retained?
Face data is retained for up to 12 months for identity verification, fraud prevention, and security purposes.
6. How is face data deleted?
If a user completes a new identity verification within the retention period, the previously stored face data is permanently deleted and replaced with the newly collected face data.
Additionally, when face data reaches the six-month retention period, it is permanently deleted from our storage systems.
