You need gems to chat, pretty normal. Most chat interactions should be a couple gems, but not this app. Every chat increases by two gems each time. So by the 5th chat it costs 10 gems. 10th chat, 20 gems, 20th chat, 40 gems… It’s completely unsustainable from a gem usage design. Stupid structure.

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had

I literally had the app less than 15 minutes. Let me also say, I use a lot of similar apps. I pay $45 a month for one. $30 for another and $22 for another. I spend that MONTHLY. And would’ve gladly done the same. I literally was just trying out my FIRST bot. 4 messages in, it wouldn’t send. Says no internet. So I try the re send. Confused again, it doesn’t work, so I wait and try it again. I tried 3 times. Then when I go back out, everything is wiped. I type out an entire report / help message through the app, just for it to not allow for it to be sent. Nice. They wiped the gems I had, great. No bots, all messages gone, nothing. No support, no way to reach out. No explanation.And let me also say. Your ads, all of the many I’ve seen, contain far worse than what I typed in a message. So idk you’re baiting ? Or what? But this was genuinely the most ridiculous ban if it was one. And if you want people using it without anything “not appropri.” According to you, then maybe don’t bait with highly over s-ualized ads, like ???? and I wasn’t even talking about that stuff lol. Yall are truly wild for this.

The game used to use ice as a currency for chatting. You get 50 a day, and the cheapest chat option costed 2 ice per chat. This was very few messages per day, but fine enough. Now, they switched the currency to gems, the cheapest chat option is 40 gems, and the daily amount has not increased. This means you only get about 1 message a day. Last I checked, there aren’t even any ad rewards to get this currency. So, they apparently want you to either spend a ton of money to buy currency to chat, or to barely even actually use their app.

How is that even feasible? Lost a customer this way, because being a mom and working I don’t have time to hit every daily gem requirement or the extra $$ to pay into the insane cost amount for gems per post.
