Parcels • One Parcels card on Home. Resize it to show just a number, the most urgent fact, or the shelf, session and photos together. • The shelf lists everything waiting, with a Picked up tab for what residents have collected. • Search by name, unit number or tracking number. • Release: scan the resident's code to hand a parcel over. • Log: photograph a trolley of labels at once, or log a single parcel by hand. • Where your role is view-only, the screen says so instead of failing. Visitor • Check-out shows the parking fee with the free hours a stamp has taken off. • Take cash and see the change, or show the property's payment QR code and attach the proof. • Visitors held at the gate have their own banner, with Review to act on them. • Approvals group into To confirm, Waiting and Declined. The roster filters by stamped. • Walk-in registration takes a first and last name separately. • A pass that can't be used today now says so before you admit anyone. Signing in • Invitation links open an invitation screen — accept, set your password, and you're in. • Sign-in links open in the app. Also in this release • Smoother screen transitions and swipe-back. • The layout holds its shape when the phone's display size is enlarged.

Visitor Access • Register a walk-in at the gate, or scan a visitor's pass and key in the code. • When the property requires the host's approval, the visitor is held instead of going straight onto the roster. • Watch for the resident's reply on the approval card — approved, declined, or no answer in time — with a countdown while you wait. • Confirm check-in once the resident approves. Approval alone does not admit anyone. • Admit on your own authority when the resident doesn't answer. • Stamp a visitor to take free hours off their parking fee. • Check visitors out from the roster. Also in this release • Clearer ID photo loading, and sensible limits on the plate and name fields.

Chat • Send a GIF — search for one right from the composer. • Reply quotes now show a thumbnail and tell you what kind of attachment you're replying to. Home • Take any tile off your Home grid and put it back whenever you like. • Restore the default layout in one tap if you clear it out.

Chat with your team • A new Chat tab for one-to-one and group conversations with colleagues at your property. • Send photos, PDFs and voice notes, reply to a message, react to one, and mention someone by name. • Translate a message into your own language with a tap. • Search your conversations, open group info, and leave a group you no longer need. • Unread badges and push notifications take you straight to the message.

Schedule notices ahead of time • Pick a future date and time when you create a notice, then manage everything from the new Scheduled tab. • Edit or cancel a scheduled notice before it sends. • Notices that don't reach residents land in a Failed tab, so you can retry them. • Attachments now upload as soon as you pick them, with progress for each file and a retry if one fails. A theme that's yours • Choose System, Light or Dark in your profile. Faster parcel logging • A Log parcel button now sits on the Parcels tab. • The camera no longer freezes when you start a new scan. • Scanning something that isn't a pickup code now tells you so, instead of doing nothing. Also fixed • Sending a scheduled notice right away no longer bounces you back to the list. • A dropped connection no longer signs you out.

Log parcels in seconds • New "Log Parcel" shortcut right on your Home screen. • Snap a photo of the parcel, or pick one from your library, and view it full screen before you save. • Scan the shipping label with the built-in scanner — aim at the barcode you want, with a torch for dim mail rooms. • We now read tracking numbers straight out of your parcel photo and offer them as one-tap suggestions. • Pick the unit and recipient, add an optional note, and tap "Save & log next" to keep going. • We warn you if a tracking number is already logged and still waiting for pickup. • Lost signal? Nothing you typed is lost — just try again when you're back online. Switch organisation without signing out • Tap the organisation name on your Home banner to move between the organisations you work in. Redesigned sign-in • A cleaner welcome and sign-in experience, with a refreshed organisation picker. • We remember the email you signed in with, and prefill it on Forgot password. • Error messages now tell you what actually went wrong — wrong password, expired invitation, no access, or no connection. • Validation messages clear as soon as you fix the field, and the keyboard no longer pushes the layout around. Parcels polish • Parcel photos load faster and use less data. • Tap any uploaded parcel photo to open it full screen. • A larger photo area, tidier app bar, and no more unused carrier labels. Everywhere else • Screens no longer break when you use large system text sizes. • Country flags in the language picker, available from both Welcome and your profile. • Smoother loading placeholders and clearer empty states across Home, Notices and Parcels. • Plus assorted bug fixes and stability improvements.
