Starting solids should feel exciting, not overwhelming. HeySolids turns those first messy, wonderful meals into calm, confident moments.
Whether you're doing baby-led weaning, purées, or a mix of both, HeySolids gives you a clear, evidence-based path from first taste to the family table. No guesswork, no 2am rabbit holes - just what to feed, how to serve it safely, and what to watch for.
KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO SERVE EVERY FOOD
Look up 300+ foods and see how to prepare each one for your baby's exact age and stage. Clear cutting and serving guidance, choking and allergen information, and the nutrition that actually matters - so you can put food on the tray and relax.
INTRODUCE ALLERGENS WITH CONFIDENCE
Work the common allergens in safely, one at a time, with step-by-step guidance on when and how to offer them and what to look for afterward.
A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOUR BABY
Follow a guided introduction to baby's first foods, with simple meals built around each one. New textures are added gradually to build biting and chewing, so every week moves your baby forward.
TRACK THE WHOLE JOURNEY
Log every food tried, save favorites, and note any reactions or sensitivities.
LEARN THE ESSENTIALS IN MINUTES
Short, practical guides on signs of readiness, gagging vs choking, and more.
WHY PARENTS CHOOSE HEYSOLIDS
Starting solids is the part of parenting no one prepares you for. HeySolids replaces the panic-Googling with one calm, trusted place that tells you what to do next - and makes mealtimes something to look forward to.
