Take a break on your own terms. Pause Caesura for an hour, three hours, or the rest of the day, and setup now walks you through every reminder. What's new - Pause for 1 hour, 3 hours or the rest of today, straight from the menu bar. Timers pick themselves back up when the time is up. - Setup now takes you through the reminders one by one: why each one helps, how often it should run, and how loudly it should show up. - Try each style while you set it up, so you know what a reminder looks like before it arrives. - Water and posture reminders now start at times that fit a working day better. - Water reminders arrive right away, without a heads-up first.

Caesura now speaks 32 languages. This update adds 20 more, so more people can take better breaks at their Mac. Questions or feedback? Email hello@caesura.rest.
